Motorcycle Jacket & Mom Jeans

Its beginning to look a lot like Spring, the season when heavy coats get put to the back of the closet again and biker jackets get all the action. I’ve never been on a motorcycle and have no plans of hopping on one anytime soon. If, however, I was gearing up for a ride, this look is probably close to what I’d wear. My new, Les Eclaires moto jacket, with a bold, orangey red, pop is a fun alternative to the staple black motorcycle jacket already in everyone’s closet.

I often find a great selection of jeans on ASOS that follow the trends without the high designer price. These grey, destructed, mom rise pair hugs in all the right places and I always forget how much I really like a high waisted jean, in this case, a really high waist (aka The Mom Jean).

I am in current ‘wear and repeat’ mode with bodysuits and high waisted jeans. This bodysuit I bought from Beymen, a department store in Turkey, is from the store’s mainline and its one of my favorite purchases from last season. Always a sure bet for a good bodysuit is Wolford, but there is are also great ones on Topshop.

Never straying too far from a good pair of Taylor Morris sunnies, a British brand that both my husband and I wear. My favorite is the Rollright style, which I am often complimented on when wearing similar to the Dior and this ASOS pair. I accessorized the look with an ear cuff from APM Monaco, which I am wearing a lot, and now have my eye on a pricer, real diamond ear cuff from Bee Goddess. The black ribbon choker, I clipped from the collar of my H&M blouse, similar to this one from Shein and used the tie neck as neck strap. You can find a lot of these black choker style necklaces on Etsy in velvet and satin. Alternatively you can just use any black ribbon you may have at home.
