To end London Fashion Week, I cohosted an intimate styling session at PRINGLE of Scotland with head designer, Massimo Nicosia and my Ladies of London castmate, Caroline Stanbury.
While sipping champagne at the London flagship store in Mayfair, guests tried on the luxurious cashmere and wearable woollens that make PRINGLE a long-standing heritage brand in the UK.
Fusing Scottish roots with urban glamour, Massimo Nicosia, now at the design helm of PRINGLE, is focused in on the modern day desires that veer from conventional fashion. Catching my eye in the shop immediately was a black and aubergine cashmere knit vest, interlaced with leather and fringe detail at the bottom – cashmere, leather, fringe, need I say more?
A definite seasonal essential is a chunky knit and this PRINGLE boyfriend style is just the right cut to never take it off – a total far cry from the twinsets that were once the brand’s trademark. This sweater has truly become my favorite. (i’m even wearing it as I type right now….)
